had an awesome time with these two. i came up on this spot the day before their shoot, and was so happy to have found it. they’re getting married at JCT kitchen this fall, so we wanted to find something green and natural for this session. i think we succeeded. thanks to stephanie & kevin for trekking around in the tall grass and being totally awesome. can’t wait for this wedding in october. enjoy.
from the moment i read that ryan & tyne were engaged (on a social network you may have heard of called facebook), i was hoping they would ask me to shoot their photos. i’ve never asked someone if i could take their wedding pictures before, but i heavily debated it this time. luckily, tyne reached out to me, and we were able to make this happen. ryan has played in numerous bands for years, and i’ve been a fan of pretty much all of em. some of my old bands even got to play with his. i drove up to nashville for the weekend, and when i got there, tyne had picked out the perfect location. a friend of hers owned some property out near leiper’s fork, and it was beautiful. i loved hanging out with these two, making some photos, and then of course having some great drinks at patterson house. thanks again, ryan & tyne. enjoy.
